Danish Harraz The Little Chef From Klang

Speaking of food, its nice it's nice to meet the young'n from Klang who loves to make delicious treats.  This young chef makes articulous delights of desire... are you ready my friends ??

This chefs' name is  Danish Harraz (10 years old). He's loved to cook from childhood. Since age 5. His passion of creating food came from watching countless hours of observing many chefs online.  Overwhelmed by his desires and creativity of a young chef,not many amount to his abilities, but remain in awe of his abilities as a young chef.



DOUBLE WOW. Its was called “BUTTERSCOTCH NUTELLA BREAD PUDDING” and the taste. Honestly, I never lie and the taste was very good. More special this created by the little boy. Can you imagine it.

Remembering the first time I met this young lad, he was nervous, but was of a calm resort when he introduced himself in front people before demonstration of how to cook bettersocth nutella bread pudding. It was like his hands had  a mind of their own while he talked with the crowds around him. I was in awe, as I could not match his cooking abilities.

Did you wonder about his recipe and want to try at home? No worry, I wrote his recipe (sssstss actually mum Danise gave it to me on my email) so Let’s make this at home. You will love it! I bet!


Butterscotch Nutella Bread Pudding
Ingredients:
1 loaf Butterscotch Gardenia
3/4 cup of Nutella
2 cups whipping cream
1/4 cup sugar (optional)
2 eggs (Grade A)
1/2 cup dried cranberries (If you do not have it. You can change to be almond, chocolate chips, chopped nuts or another alternatives which you love it)
1 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1/2 to 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
1/2 teaspoon of fine salt

How to cook:
Preheat oven at 100°C
Spread Nutella onto the slices of bread. Place one slice on top of the other. If you do not understand. Make it the way you make sandwiches... up to up the bread position.
Cut the bread into 2 in cubes
Arrange the cubes into a baking tray
Sprinkle dried cranberries (or alternatives you decided) on to the bread in the baking tray




How to Prepare the custard:
Break the eggs into a mixing bowl
Add in whipping cream, vanilla extract, sugar and salt
Mix the ingredients thoroughly together
Pour the custard onto the tray of bread in the baking tray evenly
Press the custard onto the bread with a spatula


When you did it, cover the tray of bread with an aluminium foil and place the tray into the oven for 30 minutes. Note: the aluminium is very important to cover the bread. O.K this is should done well. After 30 minutes, you can take out the tray of bread. Then remove the foil and place the tray of bread into the oven again. But this time only 15 minutes. Because it just need the top of the bread is golden.


Then, leave the bread to cool and then it can be serve. The taste so good and love it so much friends. Finally, you can make awesome bread pudding! Sstss, I wanna say something created with heart will get the beautiful and delicious taste. So, cook with heart then you will get full of love. Happy cooking and keep success little chef.
