StoryCitra-I should awake early morning to
attend event Ironman 70.3 2017 in Bintan Island, Indonesia. This is the first
time I will see alive in beautiful island. So, wake up early needed to get to
the gate of this event. I wake around 4.00 am and making a cup of coffee. Then,
I am waiting friends in the street around 05.00 am. The sun still not appear,
so that is still dark around me. To quiet in the street because to early.

Waiting is
boring. I look my watch it almost 05.30 am and friends still not come yet. I should
wait an hour then they arrive with the white car. The car goes to the Bintan
island, especially Lagoy Bay. The place of Ironman 70.3 begin. To get this
gate, we need around 45 minutes. We already wonder if we can not to enter the
event because this event start 07.00 am.

Finally, we
can see this event although we should get lost some parts and ways to come in
at Lagoy Bay. Because we can not enterence in the main gate. It is o.k. I still
can see the participants swimming and get ready to cycling. Some of people yell
to give their friends spirit. It is nice to see alive with my own eyes. The
weater is fantastic with the sun light and blue sky and some awesome cloud. I
really love this weekend actually. I am trying to enjoy every moment in this
event.

I see their
spirit. I see their expression. I see their motivation to join this event.
Honestly, this Ironman style is out of my box. Because I know who I am. I can
not swim, I can not cycle and I also can not run to far away. So, when I look
of them, it is like fantastic in my option. I do not know what do you think.
Because every body has different opinion about Ironman. For me to see on my
first time so fantastic.

When I see
their swimming to get on land. After that, running with the wet clothes to get
their bicycles. It’s something wow they
have good energy to do all sports till finish. As my resources said this event 2017
IRONMAN 70.3 Bintan saw more than 1,150 athletes, represent 39 countries who
started the race. As survey for
satisfaction rating in the 2016 the 95% athlete satisfaction about the placed
the event 1st in Asia. Mostly said the tract and the location so wonderful with
white sands on the beach. That is why this event saw a 28% growth for the people registration to
join this event.
About the
participants ranged from 18-80 years
old. One of more than 100 events in the global IRONMAN 70.3 Series, the 2017
IRONMAN 70.3 Bintan triathlon took the athletes along a 1.9-km swim, 90-km bike
and 21-km run on the beautiful island course of Bintan, Indonesia. Athletes began their day in the white sand
beach of Bintan and took off in a one lap swim.

Friends who
wake up early morning on weekend and get hot weather hit them. Making them so
tired and get rest in base camp of Bintan government. Get little rest before
taking another part of pictures so awesome too.

Do you know
life is not like what you expected. But You should never give up to rise your dream
come true. Event the way to get goal is difficult, at least never give up is
the succes key. Happy day and keep smile as you are. Because you are strong
then what you imagine. You just need practice to make body strong. That’s what
I get when see the all people with different style, ages and body. They get new
challenge to break the line of their motivation to make goal in alive.

Learning
Swimming
I will buy
some tools to help me learn how to swimming by myself. So I will not afraid
again when trying new adventure as diving. Swimming is also nice sport in the
pool and I also will get slim either because I will do my routine exercises
Running is
cheaper sport
Who need a
lot of money to do this exercises? Running is cheaper sport to do every day.
But I am to lazy do this exercises. Based on watch Ironman, I am thinking to
try regularly running step by step. Health is very important to life. So keep
body health, mind always get positive line.
Learning
Editing Video
So awesome
become confidence. That is why I should keep learning editing video by myself.
