Storycitra.com-Amazing life! Talking about amazing life, it is sound like fairy tale! That is what I am thinking before I know how to make simple life to get amazing. Life is never easy, every one know about it, but every one forget how to be happy with the small things because right now, every one things happiness is something big things. Nothing can STOP it to find happiness, but happiness is not something you can buy it, but you should find it inside your mind and heart.

 Today, Citra wants to tell you story about simple life to get amazing life. I think you already read about part one, and let’s continue about part two, if you still not read part one, you can find it on here. Long time ago, I do not know how to smile! I think smile will make my face is easy to get winkle, and I won’t too much smile and laugh, because I won’t see many winkles in my face. Once upon a time, when my friend meets my mom, and my friend said my mom is friendly and always smiling. That is why my mom has sign pretty winkle in corner of her lips, because she is friendly and smiling person. It’s making me thinking, and compare with someone who does not love to smile, and they also has winkle too but the winkle is not so pretty like my mom. So, I decided to write this is to make life is amazing.

SMILE MORE and Do not afraid to SMILE

Do you forget how to smiling? Let’s practice with me, because I also forget to SMILE either. How to make pure and pretty smile? Smile from inside of heart! How? Practice smiling more, and see, how it works inside your heart. First, I feel something weird. When I look on the mirror and smiling with something not funny at all. I try hard to smile, and keep smile, and try more hard to remember what is funny thing in my mind, and I am smiling and laugh.


Honestly, I feel “butterfly” inside my belly and mind. I feel so full positive energy in myself. I feel better, and it’s making tears in my eyes. I feel it is like a thousand years, I never feel happy! Do not believe me, please do not believe me, because you have to prove it by yourself. No worry, if you think you should force it to smile, and the end you still can feel better inside your heart and mind. You do not need spend money to go to cinema to watch comedy to make you laugh! That is the secret simple life to get amazing life.

Exercises, It is not deal to make SLIM
 
Honestly, I do not have time to do exercises and this time in Tanjungpinang the weather is worse! This is very HOT and it is like burn my eyes, and skin when I go outside. So, I do not remember exactly, what was the last time I went to the gym or worked out! How about you, my friends? Do you know what is last time you go to work out or exercise? It is good for health! Exercises can reduce stress and releases endorphins. Let’s go exercises, you do not have budget to go GYM? No worry, me either. I also won’t spend money every month around 25 USD or 250,000 IDR to go GYM. This is my secret; I love to go run in main streets then go to gym. I get health without spend money go to gym. What do you think?

 Let’s Manage Stress
 
Stress is suck! It is making people do not happy, because life is hard! Life is making me get stress a lot! Hey, do not complain about it! You should say thanks! You are still alive, because you get feel stress. No worry, you still can manage stress; so, it will not make you get on trouble on your life. How to manage stress! Make a list what is time stress should come into your life hahaha. Sorry, I am joking, and it is not funny at all. Of course, we never know, when it comes into our life, but we should know. How to make stress get away into our mind. Honestly, to do little meditation, it can help us to manage stress, and get feel great and better.

How! I can’t meditation. Me too! I just close my eyes, take a breath, and calm down. Thinking something make my bad mood gone. I love beach, so I pretended I was in the beach, hear the sound of waves, and winds touch my skin and take breath. Then I feel little better, and pray for any problems come to my life to give me power to keep strong. So ,I have energy to keep alive, and happiness. What do you think? How do you reduce stress in your life? Please tell me, because I am still hard learning to manage my stress go away forever.
