Enjoy Eat Italian Food in Bali | Review Food Dolce Vita

Never been to Italy but always know information about Pizza Italia has different taste then American pizza. The bread is crunchy. Should I believe that information, if I never try this food?

Today, I am Citra Pandiangan wants to tell you story about Italian Food in Bali, exactly at Dolce Vita Restaurant Bali. I try to eat this food when I am holiday in Bali, Indonesia. This restaurant location so close with the hotel I stay during my holiday there. This a restaurant address in Jalan Kartika Plaza, Kuta Bali. When you are near in that street, try to eat in that restaurant. They has variant pizza, pasta and also lasagna.

The variant pizza, they offer pork but no worry for you to find halal food because they also offer the vegetarian pizza. I try to eat Margherita Pizza; Pizza Margherita is a typical Neapolitan pizza, made with San Marzano tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, fresh basil, salt and extra-virgin olive oil. The taste of this pizza is very nice, the most I like it is the bread so soft and crunchy. The melt cheese is so perfect. The chef from Italian is very friendly, he offer me the home made oil to put on pizza. So, the taste pizza more delicious and healthy because it’s contain with the olive oil.

The second menu, I try lasagna. Lasagne or singular lasagna is a type of wide, flat pasta. This dish made with stacked layers of pasta alternated with sauces and ingredients such as meats, vegetables and cheese, and sometimes topped with melted grated cheese. So, I am trying to eat lasagna with the beef. Every layer this lasagna is very yummy. Honestly, I can’t eat all them because it so heavy dish and that is not like what I expected small menu but very large food on my opinion and tummy.

Then the drink, I am trying with the unique name in that’s menu. So, I want to drink Virgin Mojito. A contain is mint syrup, mint leaf, lime and soda water; of course with the ice so I feel nice to drink this Virgin Mojito. Unique name with the taste drink is so fresh.

Pro and Corn: This interior restaurant is simple and nice. The staff also good but mostly staffs are very busy. So, if you want to get extra oil or sauce should be patient to get serve. How about the food? Such as my opinion that is worth it. The price is also reasonable.

Don’t forget the price is not includes service (7 percent) and tax (10 percent). This restaurant, I ll visit this again next time. When, I holiday in Bali.
